Multiple Skin and Lipo Technologies
CoaxMed is a multifunctional platform developed to treat different skin imperfections: wrinkles, skin laxity, acne and enlarged pores, localised fat and cellulite. It is effective in treatments before and after liposuction. You can now have a double Cryoliposculpt while having a face/body Rf treatment.
Technology
CoaxMed uses 5 different technologies for fast and effective treatment of face and body imperfections:
Combinated Low Frequency Ultrasound and Radiofrequency
The procedure features the combination of radiofrequency, microneedling and vacuum to generate changes in the structure of the dermis to
treat superficial and deep wrinkles and to fight skin laxity. Less painful and more accurate than the traditional skin needling roller, the
microscopic punctures stimulate collagen production in the dermis layer as it breaks some of the blood vessels directly below the surface of
the skin while the untreated tissue that acts as a \\\\\\\'\\\\\\\'free\\\\\\\'\\\\\\\' biological reserve grants a quick recovery and the absence of side effects.
Tripolar Radiofrequency
The tripolar radiofrequency handpiece is used for the tightening of the body skin and integrates the vacuum rhythm which guarantees an
excellent coupling handpiece/skin, also favoring tissue detoxification. The thermal effect produced on the surface is able to stimulate the
formation of fibroblasts with consequent stimulation of collagen of type one. A thermo-electric cooling system cools the head and protects the
skin surface.
CombinatedMonopolar Radiofrequency and Rhytmic Vacuum
Monopolar radiofrequency technology delivers heat creating a stronger, more accurately distributed thermal response throughout all skin
layers. The result is a minimized appearance of lumpy skin, tissue tightening, fat shrinkage, improved skin texture and a visible reduction in
circumference. Vacuum and specially designed suction cups for the Subdermal Massage smooth out the skin to facilitate safe and efficient
RF heat energy delivery. The sub-dermal massage increases the metabolism of stored energy and increases lymphatic drainage.
Duoshape
Unique simultaneous emission of high-power radiofrequency and high-power cavitational ultrasound. Low frequency ultrasound
destroys fat cell membranes thanks to the so called cavitational effect. Monopolar radiofrequency: electrical currents within a
frequency range of 300KHz to 1MHz intensively heat the dermis and the hypodermis to shrink the existing collagen fiber network.
Both ultrasound and radiofrequency currents enhance the absorption of active ingredients through the skin.
Tripolar RF Shape and Lipomassage
Combines monopolar/tripolar radiofrequency technology and vacuum therapy to initiate three different processes: deep tissue heating,
mechanical stretch and mechanical massage. Monopolar radiofrequency technology delivers heat creating a stronger, more accurately
distributed thermal response throughout all skin layers. The Tripolar RF technology uses multiple poles to deliver the RF energy into the
skin from each pole and is used when a more superficial effect is needed. The Vacuum therapy intensifies the treatment by facilitating
deeper tissue penetration to increase local blood circulation, promote lymphatic drainage and induce lipolysis.
Cryoliposculpt
The cells in our body react to heat or cold at different temperature levels.
During the “Cryoliposculpt” procedure, the sophisticated device’s applicator is pressed against the area to be treated thanks to thesimultaneous action of vacuum aspiration.
The intense cooling effect (-10º) is able to target only the fat cells in that area.
After the procedure the fat cells begin a process called “apoptosis”, which brings them to a naturalphysiological death.
At this stage the body reacts with an inflammatoryresponse that causes the natural disposal of the damaged fat cells.
Theprocedure allows a significant improvement in the shape of the treatedarea.

Radiofrequency monopolar and bipolar
The RF (radiofrequency) generator produces a signal of radiofrequency from 300 KHz to 1 MHz, controlled by a microprocessor which receives information concerning the temperature, and the energy used when in contact with the skin.
The face handpiece emits monopolar or bipolar radio frequency which can be combined with rhythmic vacuum, and creates an even heating, hence stimulating contraction and regeneration of collagen fibers.
Combinated bipolar radiofrequency and rhytimic vacuum
Utilizes the principles of changing air pressure which stimulates the blood circulation, thus facilitating drainage, to reduce under eyes puffiness and improve all the radiofrequency effects.
Skin Tite
In this application, microneedles penetrate into the skin (penetration depth is adjustable according to needle’s lenght).
Microfractional holes are created on epidermis and dermis. Monopolar radiofrequency is emitted in deep dermis, inducing dermal coagulation.
The fractional radiofrequency heats up the deeper dermis in 360 degrees around each microneedle tip for further collagen tightening and synthesis.
RF Shape
Monopolar or unipolar facial radiofrequency refers to the RF being delivered by one pole or electrode on the applicator.
Heating affects the superficial and deep tissue. In the monopolar application, a grounding or “return pad” is used, placed on the patient’s lower back.
Bipolar refers to two poles or electrodes on the applicator. To facilate safe and effective heat energy delivery a thermo-electric coupling tip cooler protects the epidermis.
